Welcome to Pearls of Grace’s Mentoring Page, where we believe in nurturing and empowering the next generation of leaders. Our mentoring program is designed to guide and support girls as they embark on their unique journeys toward personal growth, self-discovery, and community impact.
Our Mentoring Program
At Pearls of Grace, we understand the importance of mentorship in shaping young minds and fostering resilience. Our program is tailored to three age groups:
3rd-5th Grades
For our youngest participants, we focus on building a strong foundation of self-esteem, leadership skills, and a love for learning. Through mentutoring, a blend of mentoring and tutoring we inspire them to dream big.
6th-8th Grades
The middle school years can be challenging. Our mentorship program provides a safe space for girls to navigate these formative years. We focus on building confidence, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
9th-12th Grades
As young women approach high school and beyond, we offer guidance on career exploration, college preparation, and personal development. Our goal is to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their chosen paths.
Our mentutoring program is for 3rd-5th graders. It runs annually from October through May. Mentutoring is a unique approach that combines the personal guidance of mentoring with the academic support of tutoring, emphasizing both personal development and educational success. It's a creative and catchy way to convey a dual-purpose program focused on holistic student support.
Registrations will be accepted starting September 1st.
Mission and Approach
Our mission is clear—to expose girls to the realities of our past, help them work through the current challenges they face, and promote healing through our education-focused, project-based curriculum. We believe that every girl has the potential to become a strong, empowered, and compassionate leader.
Our approach is holistic and grounded in mentorship. Our dedicated mentors serve as role models, providing guidance, encouragement, and a listening ear. We believe that by nurturing each girl’s unique potential, we contribute to building a brighter and more equitable future.

"A Pearl's World" journal is a beautifully crafted companion that combines thoughtful prompts, empowering affirmations, and engaging activities to foster self-reflection, personal growth, and confidence-building. This journal becomes a safe space for mentees to express themselves, set goals, or simply unwind. It is the perfect companion to self-discovery and empowerment as one embarks on this transformative journey together.
